I had ordered a product from #closap website on 28.4.2016. The product was delivered and was a wrong product.I immediately submitted online return form...which says ...they will connect back in 24 hrs...The said time is over and yet there has been no response from them . I tried to call the given customer care number [protected]. but it never worked. There was no invoice provided also. We are not sure where and how to reach them. Address...

I have Order Semi Stitched dress from Closap as on 26/04/2016, Shipment reference is R[protected], I am totally disappointed with product. Its colour its design everything was different from the product which I Selected on site and cloth quality is also very poor.
I have tried to return the product by submitting online request but no response received from them and also tried to call them but no one is picking up call. Their address...

I parul goyal ordered a suit on a site closap.In and they delivered the product on time and i paid the amount on delivery the delivery boy told me not to open the product in front of him and if there will be any problem contact site for the details and they will contact u for the return process.
I saw the product after he went away and the product wass rubbish not at all like the original one they showed me...

I bought a online suit from Closap.in, i ordered black color suit..when i received the suit it was pink color and it is totally different from the product which i ordered from the website..i tried to cal on the number [protected], but no response and i already mail them to return the product and for refund but there is no revert from the company support team......

I had ordered 2 products from closap.In website on 28.4.2016. The order was confirmed by u via order number #r[protected]... Both the products were delivered on 3rd may... N both were wrong products.

I tried to call the given numbers... But its warred....

First time i check this website on facebook and ordered pink lehnga. I am tottaly disappointed with product. Its color its design everything was different from the product i have seen in site.
I have tried to return the product but emails id's mentioned on site were incorrect. I have tried contact number as well but it was switch off.

They are fraud .

Please help me to get my money back if possible....

Actually i have ordered New designer Sanmantha Life Styles CS153 (1).
But i received a totally different product on 02 may 16, which is a pink colour dress.

I had placed the order # R[protected] On 27 apr 16.

I want to change the product as early as possible, otherwise refund the money.

I have tried all the numbers given on Your site bt all are either switched off or not reachable....

Actualy we selected a dress from closap and it is in pinkcolour and different model but when we got deliverd we had other different model it is typically different in its model and colour so we want to exchange the dress please make a note on this complaint we want to make this complaint serious take an action as soon as possible we want to get the dress within 2or3days...

I orderd a anarkali suit but they send me some other.quality was also not espected. I pay for rs 1140. They were also not answering my calls and emails. Thier email id is [protected]@clsap.in.i text them sevral time and called them but they are not answering.the no was invalid which is they show to the web site. I want to return the product and get my money back. Plz do something...

This is to bring to your notice that i have been cheated by closap - an online shopping site. I received my order but the products i received did not match with the ones i ordered for. And now i am trying to reach them through all and email and nobody seems to answer it. I have made a full payment for the order (Rs. 5500). I have tried all the customer support numbers but there is no answer in a few and the others...

I purchased a designer Anarkali Suit from closap.in and i got something different anarkali suit and when i am trying to contact them for returns they are not responding and forwarding call to Indiamart.com., from past 5 days there was no response to my calls and e-mails.
