I ordered two dresses of xxl size... The ones sent to me fits only small size... There is no size label on the dress which is unacceptable and surprising...
The number given on the website is switched off permanently, there is no response to the mails. There is no return proforma on the site.

I want to return the products immediately and a refund.. Kindly arrange for a return pick up. Do attend customer complaints on...

I ordered a white kurti. It got delivered after 4 days. The kurti is totally different from the one which was shown in the picture. I tried to return the product. But the product is still showing in pending to deliver state. They have mentioned in their website about the return policy. But the return option is nowhere found. I had placed an order of dress from website www.clothingheart.com on 16march'19.
My order id is[protected].
I received the dress on 20th march'19 which was very cheap quality & wrong size.
I tried to contact them through all the possible resources (Mobile, sms, whatsapp, email) but received no response.
I want refund of my amount.
Please try to resolve this issue....

Order no[protected] was ordered in the month of feb, 2019. Product is received is not uptown the mark and i wanted to return it. I have been dropping mails after mails with no revert and no luck. I tried calling up customer care no it is switched off. I raised query through website but did not receive answer for the same. I would like to return the same.

I ordered a dress of 34 size but received a 38 and the product description they show on the website doesn't match with the product at all. I tried contacting them for a return but their number is not even functional, contacted through mail but there was no response. I wrote a review n they won't show it. All the reviews are fake. The return claims doesn't exist at all....

The concerned person is not picking up the phone. I got the parcel but the product was not what i have ordered. I want to return and want my money back. I have place an order with order number[protected]. I have received my order day before yesterday. The product was wrong in size (I have ordered a free size dress, and the dress i received was a much smaller in size) and now i want to return it. But there is no option of return from the website, neither they are picking up calls, nor responding single texts or emails sent to them. I want my money back. Kindly look into the matter....

I am very disaappointed with you clothing heart.. The material i ordered is totally differnt from the one i recevied, the material is totally different from the the one in the picture everything in it is disappointing., there is no return policy... This is a very fake online store.. This is fake... I will not recommend this online store to anyone... We cannot retrieve our money back.. This is bad.....

I had ordered the frock (Xxl) and the material should be georgette which was mentioned on the site.
When i received the order on 14th march and to my surprise the size i received is xs.
No brand, no size tag, as well as material is polyster not georgette.
When i try to contact on no mentioned on site it was switched off.
Then i put a email they supposed to reply with in 72 hrs but no reply.
Its truly a fake...

This company sends totally different useless product total wastage of money and time cheap quality materials cheap quality dress nowhere near the described picture with 2.5mt flare described while the total dress is not of 2.5 mt this is not the way to do business in long run heated product worst dress i have ever seen it can't be called a western dress total useless highly unprofessional approach.

I was very unhappy with the received product. The fabric is very cheap and low quality. The stitching is pathetic and the size is very small. I need to return the dress but there seems no way to do it. Tried calling the number but in vain. The mail is bouncing back. Please help in getting the dress collected n refund the money.
