Clothing Heart — dress was not up to the features given

I have ordered a dress from clothing heart.com on 15/07/18 and it was delivered on 20/07/2018. After opening the package the dress was totally out-of expectation and was not as mentioned in the site. The dress material was very cheap and also bill was missing from the package. Due to non receipt of bill I can't fill the return option and the contact no given in the site is always busy. Kindly resolve the issue
