Clothing Heart — fraud website, defective product, cheap quality, bad service, no customer support

I had ordered a dress from clothing heart on[protected]. The details are attached below. I received it on[protected]. The dress is damaged and the quality is very cheap. They have delivered the defective product.None of the things mentioned on the website is being followed. It says 7days easy returns but it's not been followed. The quality is very cheap and it is completely different from the picture provided. The website says we need to mail their email ID which is query.[protected]@gmail.com for returns before 48 hours of delivery. And they would contact us within 72 hours. I have mailed them on[protected] itself as soon as I received the product as I was fully disappointed by the defective product.Again mailed once on[protected].Its been a week and still, there is no response for my mail and messages till now. The contact number ([protected]) provided in the website says switched off whenever we call. I have even sent a message on their Facebook page and Instagram.But there is no response from them. Instead they have blocked me.I had even called the person who delivered me the product. But he is like he doesn't know any kind of information.This is very much pathetic.This is such a fraud website which is looting people badly.I'm not the only person who has suffered loss from this website.There are lot more people who have suffered a huge loss from this fraud website who have not got any kind of refund or damages for their loss due to their irresponsible and ignorance behavior.There are many complained registered but no response.It is so irritating and frustrating.This nonsense has to be stopped soon so that no more people suffer any kind of loss from this fraud website.
I would be glad if you could help me out.So i kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.
