Clothing Heart — product delivered was different from the one which I ordered

I ordered a western dress to which i didn't even received a message or mail but the product was delivered to me and the product which i got was completely different from the one that i ordered. I asked the one who delivered to take it back but he said to return through the website which i have ordered. But now i have no order number to make a return request. Can u please sort it out. The product was not good and i want my money back
