Phone no. Of the co. [protected] is switched off. Copies of emails reproduced below. Dear sir/ madam, We have been following up for our below order since quite a few days, but there has been no response from your end. You intimated through text message that the delivery would be made within 4-5 days but its 13 days and there has been no update as to the delay in delivery, in spite of me asking for an update since long. If you want to do business in this manner, it is better you give us our refund and keep your product with you. What sort of company are you managing where there is no follow up or update once the order is placed. Kindly refund the money or send an update regarding the delivery. We need an explanation as to no response to our emails asking for an update. Please take this matter seriously and look into it. Kindly deliver our products or refund the money at the earliest. You are liable to reply to your customer. Take this seriously or it shall have its repercussions. The worst quality of product which i reveived ever, when I tried calling to custome care, its shows number is switched off and unnesaarliy I have wasted my 600 rupees for the bad cloth. Please return my money and kindly help me out to solve
