Clothing Heart — wrong product delivered, with poor quality

I had ordered a dress of Category-

"Sea Green Digital Printed Western Dress"
Size : S (small)

But what I got through delivery was a dress of Category -

"Sky Blue Digital Printed Western Collection Dress"
Size: XL (extra large)

The quality of the material is absolute ###.
The amount I coughed up was [censored]ing INR 900/- !!!

Now they dont respond to my mails or calls.
Their online chat is bogus. They dont even care if someone is pinging them over there.

I want my money back, else I'm going to dedicate my life to bring this whole company down for doing daylight robbery and fraud.
