Hi, I have purchased one Men Tommy Hilfiger Black wallet and one Frontech (Jil - 1934) Headphone from bigsop.com by online shopping (service order no. - 117052). There it was written that expect delivery within 4-5 working dates. It means within Friday Sept 13 I should have the products I have purchased. But I have not got any phone calls/email regarding the status, at least why it is getting delayed. I have sent them a query, from their site, where I have mentioned to let me know the status of the order. I got the below reply on Sep 13 from [protected]@bigsop.com, to my email id which is arijit.juit2006.[protected]@gmail.com. and the mail has been cced to [protected]@gmail.com Dear Sir, Thanks for writing to us. we are extremely sorry for the delay in your shipment.we will deliver your order shortly and we will provide your Tracking number by mail. For more details contest us on [protected],[protected]. regards Bigsop costumer care team Now from that day I am trying to reach them in the provided mobile numbers in working hours but no one is picking the call.its almost 11 days since I have placed this order. This is a fake web site. Who so ever saying that they won their prize or they got there product they are the member or the owner of this website who wants to miss guide you guy's and wants to take out your money while making fool you guy's. I have gone through with all the comments and I have that kind of sense that what's so ever the product they are selling in the lower price its kind of loss to the Branded companies. No one company is doing charity to sell their products on 99% off. So guy's use your brain's we are Indians and no spam company can fool us. These people just taking out money from our pocket. So beware... Or tell them the condition take cash on delivery to prove that this not fake website...

@Bigsop, thanks for explanation...but I have got my product after around 13-14 days later from the date I have ordered.
@Richa, This is not a fake site..but yes they usually take significant amount of time to deliver products...in future if you have any urgent requirement, try to avoid bigshop, else if you want to purchase some products in minimal cost but no time limit, you can purchase it from here..

I entered the lucky winners contest arranged by Bigsoponline advt which was continuosly flashing on my laptop screen and disturbing me in my work and paid Rs 800 on 25/10/2013 to win a Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile, order no-266710. To my utter dismay and frustration my name is still not on the list of so called winners of Bigsop. I sent the email to the customer service twice for which their only reply was that their customer care executive will get in touch with me within 24 hrs.. and have never got in touch ...not even after 24 days...After repeated attempts to call on their landline no today some fellow ( HE DID NOT DISCLOSE HIS NAME) answered my call and told me that he was helpless in refunding my money neither he can guarantee till what lenghth of time this contest( of Fooling Gullibe People) will go on. Such Frauds should be punished under the CYBER LAW so that in future no more people will fall Prey to their online Gimmicks. Thanks.

i think something went wrong with you . might be you are not qualified for the lucky contest. i totally understood your frustration of not selected in luck contest . i don't know others but i won the apple iphone 5 black color in last month with rupees 599 only. bigsop is very reputed eCommerce portal, you can't blame your bad luck to bigsop. if i talk myself, i won this iphone after 3rd attempt . so i am suggesting my friend keep on trying, might be your luck will click and you will also get something..

This website (bigsop.com) is bogus. I have made an order (Order No[protected] which I wanted to cancel. There were no button/link to cancel it. Seems I have lost my money.

I hope some concern authority should take notice of such complains and act against this company.
