[Resolved]  The World of Titan — Insult

Respected Sir/Madam

I Promoth Keerthi student of Nation Institute of fashion technology write this letter to bring to your kind notice about the discomfort i felt in the store 'Titan World' which is situated in Karnataka,Bengaluru (HSR Layout Branch).
On[protected] at around 3pm i went to visit the store for the purpose of assignment given by my college to study the VM of any store, which i picked Titan as it was my favorite...as soon as i visited the store i clicked a photo of the store from outside the street....then we went inside to seek permission to get help for our work...the owner of that shop asked us why we were there and we (Me and my Classmate) explained him saying we are from the NIFT college and we want to study about your VM,The owner rudely asked 'who asked to click pictures'...thinking that he is asking about the in-store, i said NO...then he said 'you clicked it from outside', then i said him 'yes i did'...he asked me 'who gave you the permission'....i replied him saying 'isn't it common' then he said 'no it's not' and i said 'yes' (it happened twice) then he said 'its a terrorist act,do u want me to call the police' then my partner said me 'tell him no' i listen to her and said 'no' to him.... sorry to say this but, that said... 'You people dont deserve to study in NIFT, get out of my store !! '...we did not speak anything we just walked out...and he said 'i want those photos to be deleted' i called him eventually and deleted them in front of his eyes...this was a very bad insult to us...and i begin a fan and customer of titan lost complete respect of the brand because of this ...im really sorry to be speaking like this,but we were hurt...no matter even if it was our fault there is a way to talk and send us out...he was completely rude...and he is not our father to tell if we are worth to study in that college.

Ask his mother to teach him some respect...he says we are manner-less.

I would be happy enough if you would take considerable action against the fore-mentioned store mannager. Please see to that things like this do not happen to anyone anymore, People get hurt and all are not the same.
