Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd — wrong delivery, defective items cloudtail india

Through amazon.in I ordered:
1. Corsair VS550 550-Watt Power Supply (Black) and
2. Corsair CC[protected]WW Graphite Series 380T Portable Mini ITX Case (White) from that company.
The first one was compleately different from what I ordered (some set of wires insteard of Power Supply). The PC-case had broken parts and some of them looked like it was in use.
