— Incomplete order and no response from the company

I placed an order on 28 april containing 4 bras for rs. 839. I received my parcel on 8 april. After checking the products, i found that 3 were not in proper size so i made a return request. I again received the returned items but the outer packaging was torn so i did not accept. This took place on 8th may. I thought it will be exchanged or replaced but since then my order status was not changed. I mailed at [protected]@clovia. I received their response only once in which they mentioned that the order will be delivered soon. Now, i cannot find my active order in my order section. They have removed it from there. I have mailed them many times, tried calling them, texted on their whatsapp no. But i am not getting any response from their side.
