[Resolved]  Clovia.com — Order placed, payment got deducted still showing payment pending

On 29th oct I did place my order with order id 10182889 with phonepay and my money got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg of my order. But when I track the order. It's written on the tracking page that payment is still pending for this order. Please check the attached screenshot. I already paid for the order. If the order Not received I need my money asap

The issue was resolved and they have send me a apology msg with my confirmation regarding my order
