Clovia.com — Regarding payment

I placed an order of ₹2800 on the app via online debit card. My payment was successful but order was not confirmed.
Also i am trying to contact their customer service but they are not taking my calls.
No other way I can reach them to tell my issue.
Please I want my refund.
