Clovia.com — Clovia unprofessional attitude towards not refunding money back to customers

I purchased products from clovia and then due to poor quality returned it the very next day. I raised the return request and awaited them to refund my money but its been over 1 Month they have not refunded back. Their customer care numbers are never reachable and their customer care email send automated responses and never follow up with customer. My friends have also faced the same issues with their refund process and customer care. I would like to take strict action against them. Order # 480130, 480158

I have also been facing problem have ordered for 2500 rupees on 1st November and today is 23rd November worst website ever never ever to pay in advance they are big cheaters... Big cheaters clovia sucks never ever gonna order any single thing... I want my money back

This is the top most worst online clothing company. People please listen to me and let's file a case in consumer court against clovia. There are more than hundred people who have been cheated by clovia. And many people hasn't received their refund yet. It's time for action. Let's file a case together. If we all raise voice together against this cheater company then I am sure that we'll get justice.
