I requested return for a shirt i received 2-3 days ago and still no one came to pick the product. Are we fool here? It shows “sorry your reverse pickup failed due to mishandling of the local carrier” Is it my fault? Is it my responsibility to return the product? I guess its club factory’s responsibility to send pick up guy who knows how to do his own work. Why do a customer has to suffer for your carelessness? Very disappointed with so called services provided by club factory. Take your product and give me my money back. That’s it!
