Club Factory — account debited but transaction says 'unsuccessful'

My daughter ordered for a shrug on 13/10/2018 with the help of my debit card amounting to rs. 551.39. The transaction has been unsuccessful but my account has been deducted by that amount. Reference no. Is[protected]. Though more than one month has already been passed i have not yet got my money back. Every time we contacted the customer care, we were consoled to get our money back within a few days. But no positive action has yet been taken.
