[Resolved] Club Factory — amount debited from account without order being confirmed | |||||
I've been trying to seek help from clubfactory since 12.05.2018. 3 orders had unsuccessful payments and they asked me to try with another card. My order then got confirmed, but now clubfactory has been approving my past payments and i have 4 similar orders. No help from the support center inspite of sending screenshots of my account deductions. The customer care is very unfriendly. Almost rs. 1000 has been deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It's been 15 days now, i returned few products to club factory and the money hasn't been refunded yet. Past few days they are just telling to wait and there's no way to even contact them rather chatting. Please help me get my money as i urgently require it.
