[Resolved] Club Factory — amount deducted order not placed | |
I paid INR 3300 before two days by sbi credit card for heels and dress on club factory. Amount has been deducted atthe sametime but club factory app showing payment failed and order did not placed. I talked with customer support by chat option bcoz its night time and they are not picking calls. Agent said that they took 2 days to confirm prepayment. I was shocked to hear that they dint left any option for me apart from waiting for two days. Today when i talked them after two days they said they just raised my complain and now i need to wait for 4 days more. Now i am totally become frustrated so i said i dont want to buy anything from your side just give my money back so agent giving me a ticket number and just telling me to wait for 4 days again again. Even not telling what will happen after 4 days like they will confirm my order or will refund my money or again will give me time to wait. I dont what they are or what they do i dont want any product now just give me my money back fast. Thats all. Was this information helpful? | |
