Club Factory — boat 225 bass earphones

The product was not original. The product mentioned in the website said that it is boat bass 225 earphones with flat cable, gold plated jack and so on. But the earphones I received was round cable and it didn't have any of the above mentioned advantages. Really it was a big disappointment for me. Also the base and the treble quality of the earphone was really bad and it started to screech when the music went for high pitch or high frequency. And when I wanted to return it, it told me that I have to pay 90/- as return fare. When questioned why, it sent me the message that as it was global shipping, I have to the return fare. So I had no other choice than to pay 90/-. Then after a few days when I followed it up, it sent me the pop up message that my return request has been cancelled as I didn't answer the complaint file properly. Now these pair o[censored]seless earphones are with me and I have no clue what to do. I hope after reading this complaint they are ready to give me a satisfactory solution.
