Hi

I had ordered a bose headset and it received on 4-dec-2019 and i have to return it as it a fake 3rd quality product, i ordered black and received white, there is no 3.5 mm cable, no user manual, seems some one was using it as well.

My problem is still shoing under 'processing' there is no option to 'return'.. Only 'cancel' is available.

How many days it will take to update the app? I paid 3100 as cod.

Seems seller is intentanally delaying updation to avoid return...

Please take action to update the stage to delivered so that i can return it...

I got the product on 4-Dec-2019. And the product is not at all acceptable...

I got this product one month back, Still showing status as 'Preparing by Club Factory Ware house...

Not able to cancel.

Can i expect this will update with in another 10 days? What i feel is ClubFactory and the vendor cheated me by showing original product in product details and sending a duplicate cheap 3rd quality chinese product and not updating the status in the app so that i cannot cancel.

This is my first review on any online portal and because of my worst experience..🙏

1) don't purchase any high end products, they will send you duplicate, third quality Chinese products.. It's not a promotion sale.. only for cheating

2) You can purchase products with price less than 600 / 700 if there is ratings grater than 4 and at least 25 review

3) Once you receive product and paid they are going to update the details in Portal and it will show 'Preparing for dispatch' & you won't be able to return. I waited more than 40 days and still not updated...😟

4) Seems there is no support portal / support team / contact number ( number won't connect )😟

Simply wasting of time and money 😖

The above product recieved today and found cracked at one point and used one with lot of dirty finger prints. Want to change the product immediately or refund the amount at the earliest.
