I had ordered a bose headset and it received on 4-dec-2019 and i have to return it as it a fake 3rd quality product, i ordered black and received white, there is no 3.5 mm cable, no user manual, seems some one was using it as well.
My problem is still shoing under 'processing' there is no option to 'return'.. Only 'cancel' is available.
How many days it will take to update the app? I paid 3100 as cod.

The above product recieved today and found cracked at one point and used one with lot of dirty finger prints. Want to change the product immediately or refund the amount at the earliest.
