[Resolved] Club Factory — cancelling paid order | |
I had ordered a pendant (order no: SO[protected]on 22.04.19 at 6:29 P.M. and alao paid for the same through my paytm wallet. I wanted to cancel the order after a few hours as I didn't want it anymore. I ordered something else instead. When I clicked on Cancel order it showed Cancelling. I am not sure if it would get cancelled or not. Please cancel my order as soon as possible and also refund my money to my wallet. Sorry for the inconvinience. I hope you would take required actions. I have ordered a bag and its size was too small.its quality is also very cheap. Customer care contact number is also fraud.its fake. There isnt any return option in club factory app how to cancel my order and refund the money
