[Resolved]  Club Factory — cannot withdraw club factory balance & cannot used club factory balance

I have made an order at 06/09/2018 & 05/09/2018. But my order has been refunded without no reason. I did not cancel any order. My money is refund back into my club factory balance and another out of stock refunded. So my money is USD 13.45. I try to order with my club factory balance but i cannot used. It doesn't display my balance while try to paying. I was withdraw to my paytm account but my money is refund back to my club factory balance because of kyc problem. So i try to withdraw to my bank account but cannot withdraw. I try many² times but it can't. And then try to used my balance for order many times but i cannot used too. Cannot display while try to paying. I complaint many times at support centre through chatting.till today they were not resolved my problem. They said we will resolved soon but their is no result. Please help me. I want my money back.
