[Resolved] Club Factory — club factory didn't deliver paid order

I ordered from club factory on 11th dec 2019 order id is so[protected] amount is 2014 and i didn't receive it yet. 2nt order id is so[protected] and amount is 4666. This is also i didn't receive my total amount is 6680 rupees stuck in club factory they are also not refunding my money as they said we can't refund you and i also didn't get order. Every time when i call or mail them they give different reasons for delay. And also not giving any solution.

Updated by Neha Saurav Tyagi Today is a 7th Jan and still there is no action by club factory and I am receiving mails from club factory where they are sending copy paste of previous mails and last time they write my order is handover to xpressbees and now they said it's still in custom clearance.
