Club Factory — club factory not returning my money ( returned right product still my return rejected)

I have purchased two saree Ladosa design multicolor moss satin silk part wear designer Saree & Ladosa design green Georgette partywear designer Saree of order number SO[protected] on 17 january 2020.I have done payment online before products delivery.

I had recived those sarees on 20th Jan 2020 and found that quality and color combination wise saree's not good so I have raised return request (SON[protected] on same day 20 Jan 2020.

Return pickup had done on 21 Jan 2020 by pickup person Mukesh, whose mobile number is [protected].I have showed both items to him before handover sarees to him.He was satisfied with parcel and picked up for return at same time. I am attaching reciept of returned items provided by him.

Kindaly connect with him for clarification by mail or call and include me in conference for transparency purposes.

He is saying that he had send right product and did not receive a quality cross check mail from support department regarding wrong item received.

I have some querries that I returned same product which i had received and raised return on the same day.I also showed items to Mukesh delivery person.Still your product has been changed as per seller comments provided in app.Then let me know where my fault is? I had done payment online before delivery i.e my fault or have returned same item on next day i.e my fault. Should I made video while returning the products?

I am really very disappointed with all this.It is fraud done by club factory Ladosa seller with me.

I had returned right product but seller did not receive right product then there is problem with club factory return process.Please cross check tracking process of returned items.

I am trapped by club factory.

I would ask one thing that club factory pickup service do have any quality check or product check while picking any return product?

Club factory is known brand still it's happening is very disappointed.
You guys do the false claim to provide best delivery service like Amazon etc.There is no transparancy in club product return process.

Kindly request you please cross check end to end and return my money ASAP. I have also provided returned pickup person number. He is also witnessed what I had returned.

I had cancelled an order but it delivered. I want to return it.

U guys are fraud. U guys never answer to any of my complaint so I'm writing this here again. U guys not only deducted 2 times from my google pay account and yet you guys asked me to pay again or my order will expire. What is this ???

I have not picked my order but show pick up failed how to get my order
I ordered Samsung j7 prime mobile cover and they delivered me another mobile model cover. I also message them and they said that you havy to pay shipping fee for return... What a terrific website.. please help me
