Club Factory — complaining about product delivery

I have order hair accessories from club factory.
Order no so[protected].in app its showing it will deliver by 16 november 2019.
Today is 21 november 2019. Till no sign of delivery.
Customer support service is also very bad. Call support is not helping. They are not at all receiving calls. Same with chat support.
I must say club factory is fraud.
