Club Factory — courier service did not pickup my order

There is no response from ecom express thalassery (Courier partner). I ordered for jbl earphone and paid rs.259 as cod. After that i came to know that product was damaged and apply for return, but the courier service didn't pickup my product and there is no response from them. I am totally disappointed with your service. I need refund of my money immediatly. You can check my return status on my tracking number:[protected] and my return id:son[protected]. I want refund of my money.
