Hello I ordered from club factory My order no. : so[protected] Item was shipped on 10 feb 2020 Went in customs clearance on 13 feb 2020. Its more than 10 days order stuck in customs clearance, No update is there, estimate time is already passed. Please deliver my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. I baught the earphones of Cospex Qc-10. It has not working properly so how i give the earphones to warranty. It has 1 year warranty policy. My order is SO[protected].
