[Resolved] Club Factory — delay in delivery for more than 12 days | |
Order no. So20965786 Tracking id[protected] I had ordered two products the order id and the tracking id to which are mentioned above. Its already been 12 days since i had ordered the product and i am unable to recieve a clear status of my order. When i had ordered the product i was said that the product will be delivered within 15 days and i dont have any information about the product as of yet. On calling customer care of clubfactory i recieve the message that the product has been shipped and will be delivered asap. But on calling the e-commerce website they say that they havent recieved the courier as yet and the product will take 5 to 7 days time for delivery after they recieve it. On tracking it the information i get is delivery rescheduled. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 20, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, As you ordered by a guest, you can't track it and we can track for you. Your order is in custom clearance now. After that, the local courier will pick up and deliver it to you in 5-12 days. And we will urge them, hope you get earlier. Please try re-star 5. Thanks for your patience. | |
