Dear sir/ ma’am, I’m writing this complaint about a delayed delivery from club factory, ordered on 21/10/2019 Order number: so[protected] It’s showing in the app that my ordered products are under custom clearance. I ordered a pink colour ladies wallet from club factory today ie, 15th nov 2019 and made the payment through phone pe app.I have received request for payment through sms and Amount of Rs.350 debited from my account.I have received no order confirmation yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi I received a message stating that I have received a refund for order which was not delivered, but i have not got the same in Club Factory App
I ordered a spectacles before 2 weeks . And I waited to get the product but today i received a text message from the club factory that the product is delivered. Can u figure out this please
