[Resolved] Club Factory — delay in order pick up

I have ordered for ankle boots i received on 21dec 2018 i applied for return but automatically pick up got cancelled from then i am trying to ask help from cf to get my order picked up. They have asked me to send all the details of the order and my address they again msg me on 8/1/19 that the pick up has been made and today it is 12/01/19 and nobody has turned up till now when i check with cf they ask me again wht kind of order whn did you apply for return every single details i have to tell every day every 10 to 15 mint. Neither there is prompt service nor they keep a track on wht is going on. I just want my money back kindly take your product.

Every time i check my product they ask for details ok i can provide you details but not every single day that is not my work.Below i have shared all the details kindly go through it.
