Your app shows that the order is has been shipped to gati but they say that the tracking number is incorrect. Could you please help me in tracking the same. Estimated delivery was 19th feb and i have not received it yet.
Request you to provide me with the proper tracking details or customer care number with which i can go ahead and track the order.

Hi, I applied a return request for my product within 9 days of its delivery. But the products were sent to the prescribed address a few days later. Will I still get a refund of those products?
