Club Factory — did not receive refund

I placed an order on club factory on 8 sep 2017 of rs. 2013 with order id: s03873445.

The order was delievered on my address at 28 sep 2017.

I was not satisfied by the products delievered, i applied for return on 28 sep 2017.

I returned the products via dtdc and it was delivered at club factory's prescribed address on 7 oct 2017.
But i did not get my refund till today 18 oct 2017.

When i call at a customer care number, sometime it is switched off, and sometime they said we did not get the products back while it has already delievered at their address.

Please do needful.
