[Resolved] Club Factory — didn't received my order | |
Hi, I have placed an order with club factory on 22'dec'18 and the estimated delivery date was 16'jan'19. It's been more than a month still not received my order. When i contacted there customer care service they said they are escillating my request to the concerned authority and will get back to me within 72 hours. I contacted thrice and received the same response but no one contacted me and my order is still pending. This is not my first order with club factory. I'm there regular customer. But this time they disappointed me like anything. People used to say me that club factory is not a good app for purchase but i always say no it's good try it. But i proved to be wrong from this experience. Please help me this asap. Was this information helpful? | |
