Club Factory — didn't received refunded amount | |||
I have returned a product worth rupees 1048, my order no. Is so[protected]. I have not received the refunded amount but it is updated that it is refunded, i am contacting club factory customer service since a month and they always says they are resolving the issue, i have shared my transactions details but still they are saying it has been refunded, i contacted my bank also they showed the details that amount is not refunded. I have not received my order and 23 days have passed. I am very much worried as I have done the payment process also. Customer care number is not working and I am not be able to talk to any person in that field. No action has been taken yet.
It is expected that my problem get solved as soon as possible.

My order was not tracking and i 2 refunds are in pending.now logging with another account old account was not showing please get back my old account i want my refund amont and product
