Club Factory — failed transaction | |
I sanyog more ordered a product on club factory on 23/04/2018, and the payment of rs. 718.33 was successfully made through paytm for the said transaction (Transaction ref. No.[protected] but the order was declined from club factory for non receipt of payment. On approaching club factory for refund they asked me to mail all the corresponding details of the order, but they did not respond to me neither acknowledged my mail. After getting no response from club factory i approached my bank to look into the matter and on investigating the matter, they provided me with a letter stating that the service was provided to me. I m still waiting for the refund of the above order. Was this information helpful? | |

I just now received the product ordered but it is damaged and of worst quality. It doesn't fulfill my requirements .I want to return and get the refund. Order no S[protected] invoice no[protected]. Delivered by xexpreebees
