Club Factory — faulty goods received in the place of original order goods

I have placed an order for computer chair and paid amount and its so no.[protected] on 28.12.2019 and afterwards i have received only cloth in the place of chair and later i have made a phone call to the customer care and send the photoes of the received goods etc.,

But till now i have not received any response
This is cheating and in this aspect i will constrained legal action
