Club Factory — fraud call by the company

I ordered a shirt with order id so[protected] on august 19 2019. The order delievery date was september 6 2019 but the order was delayed. Today, i call a number as club factory customer care number - [protected]. They told me that my order has been cancelled and amount is refundable. They ask me my card details and within 10 minutes 4000rs has been deducted from my account. Then, they told me that money is in hold and assured me that i will get my total amount including club factory order money by 4pm today. But, after that they ask me to download an app named -'anydesk' Then ask me to give my google pay account details adhar card number and details... And now they are not receiving our calls and there other numbers are switched off and everytime they told us that they are from club factory customer care. Other number is - [protected]. Order no. SO[protected] track no [protected] i hv ordered 3 item on 19th aug, i was getting the order status as order will be delivered between 27th aug - 6th sept, but today 16th sept, i have not received any order, i hv tried to cust care, mailed to club factory, but i didnt get any response

I have ordered a speaker which was supposed to deliver on sept 3...but i have not yet receive dtoday(sep 13)...
The most worse app which have no accuracy in delivering items...please atleast give me back the money and i dont want the item...please take necessary action.
