I got a call form mobile number - [protected], said you have shopped from club factory and win a xuv 500 car. I[censored] like to take this wining price then share your aadhar number and bank account number. When i said no the man using abusing language and saying why are u shopping on club factory if you do not have aadhar number and bank account. I request you to please look in to the request and do the needful.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Club Factory will never ask for your bank details, including full bank card number, CVV, OTP etc to offer gifts, lucky prizes or refund settlement under no circumstances. Ensure to never share such information with anyone over inbound calls, SMS, e-mail, even if claiming to be from Club Factory.
