[Resolved] Club Factory — my order is not delivered by club factory | |||
I ordered some item on club factory in 11/08/2019. My ordered no. Is so[protected] and tracking id is [protected], nd by the club factory delivered date are 29/08/2019, but today 10/09/2019 club factory do not delivered my oder when i call customer care he say that your order stuck on customs it cleared 2 and 3 day but today somthing 11 days but my order are not cleared on custums. I am very disappointed this type service of club factory. I[censored] don't delivered my order at my home plz refund my balance. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered a wallet from club factory and now it's been 2 weeks but I haven't received it and I also done the payment online so kindly do some action

So I have been waiting for my product to be delivered from so many days and on the date of delivery, I received nothing but a message that my order has been cancelled for I did not pick up the call . Whereas, I didn't receive a single call . This is so upsetting . You think it's a joke ?

I ordered a backpack a month ago...and when its time to delivery it shows only bag is added to trip...and when i call customer care no one is picking up the phone. The order is delayed and its not delivered yet.very bad approval to customers
This is a wrong package will send to me it is not a handbag so you can return it
