Club Factory — goggles return | |||||
I ordered goggles from club factory on 4th may 2019 with order number so[protected]. The order was for red goggles but received yellow goggles on 13th may 2019. Also the quality is very very poor. I want to return as i received wrong product and of inferior quality but unable to return the product from club factory website or mobile app as i ordered with guest account. My order number is SO[protected], i have ordered almost 10 days before and did not received any message about the status of my order. When i am trying to do a guest order tracking it is not sending any OTP to my number . This is really very bad service that you are providing to customers, also you dont have any customer care number also.

Kindly i request to please deliver my product on the 11th of this month as i will be out of station from the 12th of this month...kindly please do the needful from your side.I would be very grateful if you could deliver it on the day that i want it.
