These people doesn't know how to talk... when called for a refund request, these ### respond in a language which is really not appreciable and definitely suitable for them to get sued in the court...
Whoever owns this business, needs to pay attention to the customer service executives to keep this brand running.

YES, THEY ASK FOR THE CARD DETAILS WHICH ARE LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED. #JustDial had provided the details where this information was asked by te #clubfactory CUSTOMER CARE person which makes the inter-relation of the businesses blurred and I request a #JustDial to immediately break the contract with this brand so that the owner gets the notification about why things are turning wrong, if at all he/she cares. If he is also included in this fishy business, then god save such brands!!

I had placed order for 2 handbags where the product I received was completely different than what was photoshoped on the website. The quality was pathetic and most importantly the people who are there on CUSTOMER CARE lines, doesn't know how to talk.

THIS IS A SERIOUS CONCERN AND MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AS TODAY MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE SHOPPIN GONLINE AND THE MONEY IS GETTING INVESTED. IF REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES ALLOWS SUCH BUSINESSES TO RUN THEN THE FAITH IN THE BRANDS WILL BE LOST.

ITS AN ALARMING SITUATION!

Dear, sorry that we have not hotline service now and we won't ask for your private account information. Please do not trust the hotline number on the internet and be alert of the fraud.
Dear,  really sorry for the quality issue. I will issue a complaint to our product department for you. And the picture on the app is just for reference. There may be some difference due to the light or angle of photography. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for refund within 9 days of receipt. Thanks for your understanding.
If you have any other inquires, please leave your issues in our app support "after the order is delivered" channel so that you can get a better response. Thank you.

First of all, its been days we are trying to connect with someone from your side. But its amazing that in this digital world it is so difficult to call your customer and clarify.

Secondly, these messages starting from dear have been coming since days with no exact solution. What do you expect from us.???/ To be CALM after paying 3000 for 1 order and 1000 for the other. The second order gets cancelled and we receive a sorry message with no refund status of our money.. Do you think every one is a FOOL?????

And about your app- No one responds there. Just a message of please be patient comes starting with a DEAR.

This is really a shameless act. If club FACTORY is actually not fake then you are creating a bad mouth and negative visibility in market. The products are actually something else . They do not even match one percent of what was there in picture.

I want THE MONEY BACK. IF I DO NOT GET THE MONEY BACK, AM GONG TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAIST CLUB FACTORY AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES.
