These people doesn't know how to talk... when called for a refund request, these ### respond in a language which is really not appreciable and definitely suitable for them to get sued in the court...
Whoever owns this business, needs to pay attention to the customer service executives to keep this brand running.
YES, THEY ASK FOR THE CARD DETAILS WHICH ARE LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED. #JustDial had provided the details where this information was asked by te #clubfactory CUSTOMER CARE person which makes the inter-relation of the businesses blurred and I request a #JustDial to immediately break the contract with this brand so that the owner gets the notification about why things are turning wrong, if at all he/she cares. If he is also included in this fishy business, then god save such brands!!
I had placed order for 2 handbags where the product I received was completely different than what was photoshoped on the website. The quality was pathetic and most importantly the people who are there on CUSTOMER CARE lines, doesn't know how to talk.
THIS IS A SERIOUS CONCERN AND MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AS TODAY MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE SHOPPIN GONLINE AND THE MONEY IS GETTING INVESTED. IF REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES ALLOWS SUCH BUSINESSES TO RUN THEN THE FAITH IN THE BRANDS WILL BE LOST.
ITS AN ALARMING SITUATION!
