Club Factory — heels and long red sweater

I have ordered two products beige coloured heels and long red sweater and its shown as received in the club factory app though i didn't receive any product yet.. So kindly help me out as i have already paid for the products because its been 20days as i have got the message as received though in actual i didn't receive any product.. So please kindly help me out
