Club Factory — how to return products if not yet delivered

I ordered 12 items on 6th september for my friend's birthday which was on 22 september. The time of delivery was expected to be 19th september Today it is 30 september and i have not yet recieved those products. I have complained abiut it and they are saying that it is with the custom department. Now all of them are useless for me.. How can i return them now.
