Club Factory — how to return products if not yet delivered

I ordered 12 items on 6th september for my friend's birthday which was on 22 september. The time of delivery was expected to be 19th september
Today it is 30 september and i have not yet recieved those products. I have complained abiut it and they are saying that it is with the custom department. Now all of them are useless for me..
How can i return them now. Products are yet to be delivered

I have ordered two sweaters on the 5th of sept nad payment been made and deducted from my account and recently i got and email from your co, saying that the payment was not succefful and that the money will be credited to my account in 7 to 14 working days and now its been nearly a month that i have not received my money till date, , , , , Help...
I have odred.a dress and some ear rings on date 2sep 2017 and paid which had expected date of delivery is up to 20 sep but order is not received till 24 sep
