[Resolved]  Club Factory — huge amount deducted from my bank account

I have placed an order for 2 shirts. Status for one was available and for other was not available.
I asked from the available customer care executive to refund the amount of my transaction.He asked me about my card details after telling him my card details. I received messanges about money deduction from my bank account and then I asked that executive about this he told me it it just hidden messanges ignore it.
Then I checked my account balance it was almost nill.
Then I complain him about it then he asked me to wait for 24hrs I'll get my mony back to my account.
