Club Factory — I cannot cancel my order which is ordered in guest account | |||
My order id is SO[protected]. I want to cancel my order. The option for cancelling guest order is not working in my app. I mistakenly ordered it. I want to cancel it. Kindly cancel it and refund my money to my account. It is my first order. It gives me a great disappointment. If it not resolved as i think, i wont visit club factory anymore. All the options are working properly, but the cancellation option alone doesn't working is not fair. Was this information helpful? | |||

My order number is SO[protected]. I have ordered 1 bag on 16 june 2019. Order is delivered late and return is option is not available now. As this product is having only 9 days return policy, I have to return it as soon as possible. Please help me in this issue.I need refund as soon as possible. Please look into this by tomorrow atleast.

I ordered on 28th June and my order no.was SO[protected]. I could track my order from the app.please send me some tracking details of my order, expected delivery date etc.

My order no: SO[protected], when I check the tracking ID in delhivery it is showing package not picked/received from client. It has been showing the same for many days. Please resolve this issue and deliver the product as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful.
