Club Factory — I never received refund as promised

I ordered a ladies top in 1st week off september, the stuff was very bad, i returned on 12th september. Tried to call multiple times and all agents asked me to chat with their team, chat agents are completely unhelpful. First, they never respond on time. After sending many messages, i get one reply to send details even sent 10 times to agents on chat.
