[Resolved] Club Factory — I want to change the address or else cancel the order and the money back

I gave two orders as guest order without signing in and now one of them is being cancelled and the money is not yet refunded. On the other hand the other order is already being shipped but i want to change my address as something was wrong in my address. And i am not being able to do it. There is no such option. There isn't even an option of cancelling it. Please help me.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, the refund would be issued to your original payment channel, and it take 5-10 business days. As for the other order, you need to contact customer support center within the APP to change your address.
