[Resolved] Club Factory — I'm complaining about undelivered delivery | |||
I have ordered a backpack on 11 feb 2019 and is suppose to get delivered by march 1; it's been marked delivered in the tracking panel but the item hasn't reach my hand. I called customer care many times who all gave different answers - one of them said there was technical problem, the other said he'll called back after consulting with others from whom i never received a call again... Some told me to wait another 3 days😢 which he change to 3 hours when i express my shock😩... Anyway i still haven't received yet... Please do something about it! when ever i follow up they are saying its been escalated in 2 to 3 days they will transfer it but till now no positive. kindly help me out to get my refund amount at the earliest.
