Club Factory — items return

I wanted to return 2 items from club factory but i can't.. They told to wait 10 days after the shipping date so the infos will update in the order page so i can apply for return.. But now it has been more than 10 days and nothing updated yet! Please help me with this because the return date is short.. I can return in 9 days only.. This's the order no.
