[Resolved] Club Factory — its 7 days running still i have not received the goods which i had ordered

Dear sir
I had ordered one shoe from club factory on dated 3/3/18 of this month and my order id is - so14522892, the payment which i had made through card transfer but still now i have not recieved the goods and also could not able to contact any customer care also,
So, i am requesting you if you undeliverd my product with in next two days kindly refund my money the same account number.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear your kind order is shipped via Ecom, tracking no.[protected]. Here is the latest tracking info for your reference. Normally you will get the order in about 5-12 days. And you can also track your order by following Account - Orders - Tracking.
